- A good raincoot with a hood (a hoodie is not sufficient)

- An old pillow case or net bag for the washing machine (bean an tí will wash underwear and light clothes only)
- A small rucksack for the beach / day trip

- Roll-on deodorant - spray deodorants are not allowed
- Suncream
- Insect repellent
Money
- Pocket money (there will be one visit to theshop per day)
- A medical card or a €50 cheque for medical bills (made payable to Spleodar). This cheque will be returned if no medical attention is required.
